Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account details (name, email), billing metadata processed by Stripe (we never see or store full card numbers), and operational data about your services (server names, resource usage, support tickets).

What we don't do

We do not sell your data, run third-party ad trackers, or read the contents of your servers except when you explicitly ask support to investigate an issue.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly from your browser to Stripe and never touch HyperNode infrastructure.

Data retention

Service data is deleted 7 days after service termination. Account and invoice records are retained as required for tax and accounting purposes.
